I just feel like crap. Not physically, but certainly mentally. I am proud of myself for getting off the couch to shovel snow and take down the Christmas lights outside earlier today. This is mostly because I will get fined if I don't shovel and it's supposed to get really cold later this week. It sucks when 25 degrees feels warm.

I think it's that time of year. The lack of sunlight, the being indoors. I feel pretty cruddy lately, too, and haven't been through what you've been going through.
Cut yourself some slack. You deserve it.
Pobresita. I learned what it is like to ride the bus to work in a snow storm - it doesn't show up and after waiting 30 min you are soaking wet and have to go home, blow dry your hair, and drive to work which takes 45 min longer than the usual 10 min because there's bumper to bumper traffic on roads that look like melting ice cubes. I feel your pain!
