My new couch just got delivered. The love seat definitely doesn't fit well in the living room now. It might if I didn't care about covering up the return air vents, but I have to help my furnace and air conditioner all that I can. So, the love seat will move to the office and I'll hunt for an arm chair or something to go there.

now for the cute rug and some color on those walls...right now does it remind you of Aggie land? It sure looks like a lovely wine color from the photo....have you curled up for a nap on the chaise yet?
i bought a carpet remnant today. they are going to bind it monday. much more affordable than the pottery barn rug. besides, the reds in that rug were way off and would look funny.
i went and looked at a recliner that doesn't look like a recliner at la-z-boy and am thinking about one of the fabrics we ruled out in houston. the one that was dark green with stripes and the circles - if you go to the website and pick fabric number H915626. but with darker stain on the legs.
I do like that Martini fabric...is the brownish/reddish part close to the couch color? I like the contrast a lot...what color is the remnant carpet? You really do like the circles, heh? I do too...very modern but the stripes are classic
yeah, none of those colors are an exact match to the color of the couch, but they are all deep tones. I took home the sample overnight and laid it on the couch for the evening and in the morning so I could see how it looked at different times of the day.
so nice they let you take home a sample for awhile....you'll know if it is right...the right fabric will just kinda grab you and you'll say,
"I'm loving this!" no rush, huh?
