I ate the first red one today. I picked it earlier this week. It was huge. So I ate half of it with just salt and pepper. The other half was sliced and put on low-fat triscuits with a little laughing cow cheese and a basil leaf. TASTY! So tasty in fact, that I didn't bother to take a picture of it.

That was such a good snack, I am sure there will be repeats. I'll take a picture then.
