Workin' Out

A regular class and PT on Wednesday and again yesterday equals 22 down, 78 to go. My triceps are pretty tired today, but I'll live.
I've determined that it's about time I start golfing again. So, today, we're going to look for a new set of clubs for me. I think being so short makes it worth going and getting fit for them. That's what my rebate stimulus check is doing for me!

These two little ones were bent on their stems. So, I cut them and put them in a bud vase (butt face) that my sister made.

It's official...

...Spring is here! My daffodils bloomed Tuesday. The grass is all green (except the dead spots from the Round-up incident) and the birds are so noisy in the morning. We took the dog to the county part near the house to swim. He didn't want to jump off the dock. We tried, and he whined and fussed about wanting to get the stick we threw in, but he just wouldn't jump.

We should have good weather this weekend. So, I'll take some pictures and post them.

Johnny A

Last night I went to see Johnny A at the Redstone Room which is part of the River Music Experience museum-type-thing in downtown Davenport, IA. Very, very cool show. It was all instrumental and just awesome. If he's in your area, I highly recommend going to see him.

office

After much discussion, we went to Ikea Friday night and got a bookshelf and desk. The coolest thing about this desk: the legs are adjustable. Which means, I can make it counter-top height! Should be nice for when my office works its part time job as a sewing room. I'll post some pictures later.
